Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA will likely be rendering expert services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it really is alarmed regarding the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is due to the SRD lack of infrastructure at Fernie sassa status and there is no totally functional office focused on service the area each day. The provider website position made for intervention activities a higher influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for your Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more resources to empower the servicing of all consumers and increase use of Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
